Less than what I'd expect from Macy's

Ordered a recliner from Macy's and discovered only when I wanted to cancel the order the next day that the product is coming directly from the vendor and that I would be to contact them. The vendor, Streamdale, responded with an email written by someone with no communication skills, lack of professionalism, and unable to sign with a salutation to the email responses. They offered no assistance, rather simply said "... the product has shipped we'll try our best. Thanks". We received the product a few days later via FedEx. By the way, the driver off-loaded the recliner (which came in 2 boxes) by pulling on it and allowing it to hit the ground and then began flipping the larger box end-over-end up my 48ft. long driveway. Again, I reached out to Streamdale to cancel and request return, as well sent the surveillance video of the delivery to put them on notice that this is happening, and received another poorly written response asking me to open and assemble the recliner to determine if there's any damage. What?! I don't think so! Ultimately, they referred me back to Macy's. I initiated an online return via the Macy's app. and received a UPS shipping label. Dropped the package at UPS exactly 9 days ago and have yet to hear from Macy's or Streamdale. I would expect more from a Macy's and their vendors!
