I never received this order and this was a special order for my relative who wanted this for their birthday!! I was ripped off the dealer or where I sent this order to be delivered took it ! Now I'm ofter reminded you never gve me what u said u ordered.thanks for making me look like a bad relative too!

Floppy Lever

The lever must be held in place when I pour the tea or it will flop down. I had my husband check it out to see if it could be tightened, unfortunately there is nothing available to adjust the tension. The swivel screen is difficult to open, but it may not be a problem for someone with stronger hands than mine. It is very convenient to lift the tea out of the water when it is finished brewing and because of that feature I would buy this again.
