Easy to use

Love my new kettle, I did not get a teapot but I don't need it. I brought Ovente electric kettle before so I wanted a new one. Very convenient water pours in from the top. I use for all my hot drinks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. etc.

Where is the teapot?

Ordered a glass kettle WITH teapot but only received the kettle! Either the item is missing or the product description is wrong. Macys virtual agents are useless and I'm tired of the long wait for a real person over the phone...very disappointing!

Good buy on sale

So far so good. Only been a couple of weeks and i’ve noticed it hears up a tad bit faster than the other electric kettle I have. The ease of filling up the kettle with the center glass plate. It just easily opens up every time I pour hot or cold water on top of it. Bought it on sale and I think worth it for the the discounted price.

This is the first time I ordered merchandise online and ship to someone for a Christmas present from Macy’s. I didn’t receive the merchandise, so I called the customer service to request for resubmit the order. Not only the lady didn’t do it, but also lied to me that she would do so. The resent was neevered delivered. I plan to order a different name brand tea kettle from somewhere else. A very disappointed 1st time Macy’s online shopping and shipping to the location customer.

Worked well for 1 year

It worked well for 1 year but then it just gave out. I was hoping to get a little more time out of it.
