One use

I was so happy to get this hand held blender. I used it once and worked perfect. It never worked again. Can't get it to turn on....

Terrible Performance

Had blender for months (May 2020) sitting in box. Took it out to use for the 1st time (Oct 2020). Turned it on low speed. Pulsating and alternating between high & low. Felted the handle getting warm. A couple mins longer, it was hot and changing the temp of my oil. I took it out of my oil and sat it on the counter. Hmmmmm...i thought. So I used my spatula to pick up where i left off mixing. Trued the blender after sitting for 2mins, NOTHING. No power, NOTHING. Tries a different power outlet, no luck. Returning.
