Lack of quality control

I bought one and was expecting that I can start cooking, but it came defective. It was a dent inside on the bottom of aluminum pan. I ordered a second one as an exchange to replace a defective product, but the second one was even worse. The dent was even bigger which means that the food will not be cooking evenly. Returned both. The quality control is lacking at the factory. What a disappointment!

Perfect Size! Not to big and not to small.

I needed a smaller slow cooker and this is perfect! Half the size of my big one. Perfect size for a couple of servings for one or two people.
