What is this?

I was looking for shade sail support posts @ 9.5' in length. Shade sails are strong and have heavy loadings, these couldn't hold up an umbrella. I was surprised when I saw the first package as it was pretty much open and here were these little pieces of tubing. I ordered two so I figured that more was coming in another shipment, not. The pin on top is hardly welded so you would need to put some weld on that which would screw up the paint job and that is the best thing about this product. These things are worth about $5 bucks if they were in new condition so I paid 10 times what they are worth and I won't even take them out of the package. Why would you, there is really nothing you can do with these.

convenient way to anchor shade sails

I'm using 2 sections and anchoring it into a board mounted to a deck railing. Works well.

Sturdy and Easy to Use

These are excellent, easy to assemble and sturdy. We chose them to anchor our new shade structure. We used two of the Winscreen4less 12x12x12 Sun Shade Sail to create Shade in an area in direct sun.

This turned out better than I expected.

These poles work great for sun sails. It took me some time to plan out this project but after I had the plan in place these where super easy to install.

Heavier than I thought

So this is actually a great sail post. It's very solid. So far it's help up well to several thunderstorms and some fairly high winds with no issue. I plan to unscrew it and stow it away when it hits fall/winter.
