Poor Quality

Hardware are not labeled. it took me nearly an hour to label everything. Worst thing is workmanship. Some thread covered the assembly holes and i have to cut it open to screw parts together. things already start falling out after a few days of use

Great quality, easy to put together!

We absolutely love our patio set! It came in 2 shipments, but still in the window of expected delivery date. It was really fast and easy to set up and great quality. I highly recommend.

I definitely recommend this Rattan Wicker Sofa Set

I purchased this patio set to create an outdoor living space on my front porch. My husband assembled the set in a few hours, and it was ready to be enjoyed. Within a few days, we had family visit from out of state, and everyone spent time hanging out on the porch. The furniture looks classy, is sturdy, and is quite comfortable. We are thoroughly pleased with the outcome!

Great customer service.

We purchased this patio set and are very pleased with it. However, I ran into a problem regarding a few assembly parts missing and through the help of several representatives, we were able to resolve the issue. We were very pleased with the outcome and would recommend this company. We would also buy again from them. Great product and customer service.
