Nice gazebo but needs redesign

Had to spend $300 for pro hire to assemble roof. They said took 3x what it should and so difficult they'd never do it again. Looks good and hope it has lasting power. Outsunny needs redesign of roof. Also, something to weight screen curtains down would be real plus. Aosom good customer service.

Nice Product/Awful Assembly

The gazebo appears to be good quality and looks great, once we finally got it set up. The assembly cannot be done by a single person and takes several hours. The structure build was straight-forward and pretty easy for one person. The roof panels are a whole different experience. We spent 10 hours trying to get the panels installed, 3 hours which we didn't get a single section in. Finally after trying many things, we used duct tape to put together all panels in the section and slide the section in. We had to have 3 people to complete this work, one toward the top, one at the bottom, and one to hold the middle. We slide one whole side in and then had to fight, bend, and bang the other side into place. We used a rubber mallet and a piece of wood to hammer against the ridges to get the panel to slide up into place. Also, loosen the lower/middle horizontal bar to keep the ridges from getting hung up on it.

It seems good quality. We are not able to get the hardtop on. We tried several different ways. Nothing worked for us. I suggest someone there try to put one together. We have. People coming this weekend to help us. We worked on it for four days. Should not be that hard. Thank you. JoAnne Dupuis.
