Broken gazebo

I'm so disappointed with my order. The gazebo seems very used, its broken in multiple places and bent, it smells oily, the top tarp to attach is ripped. There no reason for me to not return the order.

12' Gazebo

The item arrived quickly and good shape, I did have some worries in the beginning because of some not so good reviews from other people but I'm pretty sure that was related to the covid situation seems like you are back to business again all my love for your company thank you

Arrived broken!

I was very disappointed when I opened the box…in preparation for the party to a cracked joint and a small tear. I still had to use the gazebo as it was my only option but this is very disappointing!

Pop up Gazebo

I love the Gazebo, very easy to assemble. I used it for the first time on the fourth of July. Kept it up, but we had severe weather with very strong winds and messed it up real bad. We had to throw it away. So only enjoyed it for one day.

Outsunny Gazebo is great!

My husband and I searched all over for a gazebo that would cover our new hot tub. Then we found the Outsunny Hexagonal Gazebo. It is perfect. It gives us great coverage for out hottub and still leaves room for a seating areal Thank you Aosom for carrying this product. You made me one happy womahl

Great but brittle.

I love this thing. Perfect for festivals, camping, or just chilling in the backyard. Could easily sleep in it in the right conditions. However, less than a month after we got it, we set it up at a friend's house and it blew up into the air and one of the support poles cracked. We will likely buy it again, because it is great, but wish it was a bit more sturdy.
