typical osprey exceptional quality ,no chest strap and the hikey stuff so less dangling off , I barely fit in this harness system which I find typical on any osprey back pack sub 26 litres I wish they'd ad just a bit more strap length so im not almost all the way out on the adjustment . this is my fourth osprey and im a lifer for sure just I wish they realized that not everyone who wants a sub 26 is 90 pounds with shoulders 18 inches apart

Quality is well made and
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality is well made and sturdy. Very light weight as well. Going to be a great pack for commuting and traveling. Pockets are divided well to hold your different items from water, passport, iPad, lunch. Perfect overall.

Nice pack however it’s too
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice pack however it’s too small, way too small for a 16” laptop in a protective case. Also to small for more than a computer non cased and a college textbook. Lost receipt will sell at school. Son using his HS under armor backpack. 🎒 Good quality tho.

Excellent product love the updated
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product love the updated zipper pulls (may need to replace another so I can have new pulls but of course the bag is in perfect shape otherwise) ;-) We own many ospreys. Excellent quality very durable and full of great features. The best ever. Will buy again in the future.

too small to be useful
I’ve had plenty of backpacks the size before; however, this one seems effectively far smaller than others of comparable volume. So much so that it’s nearly useless for my day-to-day purposes; I bought it for work, intending to bring a water bottle, iPad, stethoscope, and a small lunchbox. Unfortunately, these few items barely fit in the backpack, primarily because of the weird configuration of the pockets, which prevent any larger items ( a lunchbox) from passing down further to the bottom of the main compartment. To get things in and out I pretty much have to empty out the entire backpack, then start over.

almost there
first and foremost, i disagree with the first review. the radial does a better job at bridging the gap between daily commute, work/travel/school, hiking, and all of the above plus while cycling too. my biggest con about this bag is the 21 liter volume. take away the laptop pocket, the organization pocket, and eyeglasses pocket, and you're probably looking at more like 13 liter volume of space in the main pocket. my beach towel took up the whole entire space in the main pocket. make this pack a 30 liter and i think you got a winner.

Might be the ""One""
Got it yesterday. This might be the first bag that sits comfortably at the intersection of work/everyday, travel and light hiking. Many bags from osprey and others can easily do two of those but struggle with a third. This has a well sized flat space for laptop tablet and a modest 3d space for rain jackets/layers etc. Also has the best number and placement of auxiliary pockets I've seen. Clearly everyday carry is the ideal fit for this bag but it should do well as a personal item due to size and upper pocket placement. The decent (though not luxurious) straps, suspended mesh back panel and size also make it a good though imperfect light hiker.
