Wrong Item & Incompetent Staff
Macy's shipped me the wrong item, so I requested an exchange. I was told by a customer support rep that the item wasn't in stock and they immediately processed a refund. I asked to speak to a manager who then told me the item was in fact still in stock, but that they can't do an exchange anymore because they authorized the refund. The manager then told me I could buy another one at a discounted rate, but after 30 minutes of trying, he wasn't able to apply a coupon code to my checkout cart, and he advised I call their 1-800 number to see if they could apply it. I understand mistakes happen, but this experience was sheer incompetence at every level. Will never shop with Macy's again, and thank you for sending me 3+ emails to leave a review. Best of luck, Macy's. You're going to need it.

Sleek set, sharp style—literally! Great balance, but watch the edges. #ShinyButShifty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This flatware set is individually wrapped but once you gset individuallyrinse, the shine will stay bright as day one. They feel pretty balanced and the weight Pleasant to hold in the hand my only issue with them is they are sort of thin and have a rather sharp edge so extra attention would prove helpful to a few of you down the roas. I realized that I could have used some after cutting my finger on a butter knife. Ouch

Lightweight and unique

Beautiful silverware!

Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was definitely wary about getting silverware from this app, but I’m glad I was able to choose which one I got. I have a sensory with specific types of things and one thing I love about these is that there’s no design on the handles that will make my sensory issue go off. It comes with a good amount of them (4 sets) and it’s easy to clean.

Not as heavy as I would have liked
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is great and the shape of the cutlery is also very nice but they don't feel like a quality product (to me) because they dont have the sturdyness or weight that I like in my cutlery. They are thin, I almost thought they would be ruined in my dishwasher, that they may bend or lose some sort of shape but they did not. They are thin but in fact if you try to bend them you cannot. I will definitely continue to use them but I would not purchase them because it lacks the weight I like in my cutlery.

Decent Low End Cutlery
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is visually appealing and the shape is nice. I like the black but prefer more of a matte finish and these are more satin. That said they are very nice and reasonably priced for a set that looks nice but is lower end. The reason I say lower end is that the are super lightweight. I prefer a bit heavier sturdier set. Overall decent quality for the price of an aesthetically pleasing cutlery set.
