Cute, but damaged almost immediately!

Bought these for my two year old son. They are super cute, easy to get on, and match with a lot of outfits. But after wearing them only two times, some material/color on the top of one of the toes started to come off. Now that he has worn them a bit over a month (doesn't wear shoes every day and they are alternated with two other pairs), there are large color-less wear marks on on the toe area of both shoes. Would expect a lot more at this price point.
