Buyer beware!

The rugs are not worth the price, however much they are discounted. Fuzz balls, loose yarns, and shedding of the rugs continue two months after purchasing. I purchased the JHB Design Prairie Shades rugs in red and sand in different sizes in September 2022. The rugs are laid over high-quality pads. While the rugs are attractive and the colors work well in my living room and dining room, fuzz balls and loose yarns from the rugs are found on the hard wood floor and must be picked up by hand or dry mopped daily. I thought this problem was temporary and the shedding would cease. Two months later the fuzz balls and loose yarns have not abated. Obviously, there is a lack of quality control. Macy’s should not sell rugs that shed in this manner.

Colors do not match online picture.

We didn't open this rug up because the colors were so different. The gold was more like a yellow and the color in the online picture that looked like a dark red or brown was actually a brighter lavender. Will be taking this back to exchange it.

Beautiful, yes. Durable, time will tell.

I love the look and feel of this rug. It is soft and plush. It looks fabulous in my space! However, I have been finding a few threads on the hard floor every couple of days. Is this normal? Will the threads continue to fall out? Time will tell. I hope it is as durable as it is beautiful. Hoping for the price I paid it will last many years.
