Orid Apartment Sofa

After waiting for several months for delivery, we were excited to receive our new sofa. As others have mentioned, it offers comfort on the firm side, as opposed to the type of sofa that you can sink into, while being aesthetically pleasing. HOWEVER … one of the sofa cushions has already begun to noticeably sag, after less than three weeks of owning it. (We are by no means large people.) Very disappointed! But, I was able to quickly arrange an inspection with Macy’s. The contractor came out today and informed me that I should hear back from Macy’s in 4-6 weeks (!). Even then, who knows how long it will take to get this resolved. Being that I had to pay 20% down to place the special order, and am now paying down the balance, I am especially frustrated by the situation.

Great Sofas

We purchased four of these sofas because we bought two and sold our home furnished, needing two more for the next home. They are beautiful, well made and comfortable. The current ones are four years old. We have grandchildren and the leather cleans beautifully, even though white. Great purchase!

Do Not Buy Furniture from Macy’s

After waiting the agreed 4 weeks for delivery we had still neither received our furniture nor heard from Macy’s. I called to check the order status but got no answer because their advertised 24/7 customer service was only available 8-5 Monday through Friday. When I finally got someone their English was so bad I could barely understand what they were saying. I was informed that the manufacturer was behind and it would be another two months before I would receive my order. No one even took the time or the courtesy to let me know this before it should have arrived. I canceled the order because of your poor and inconsiderate customer service. It’s no wonder so many of your stores went out of business. Do not buy furniture from Macy’s.

Very disappointed

Received the sofa today. I like the leather, but the legs and back are way too short. Too short for my 6'4 1/2" husband. It would be such a beautiful, eye-catching sofa if they made some adjustments. Hopefully the return process is easy as I do not want to keep it.

Love my new sofa

I have always wanted a leather couch, but they had to be made so much better than they used to be. This is one is so comfortable and my feet almost touch the floor. I love it and you definitely do not stick to the material at all, like the old ones!!
