Have yet to receive my order

Placed an order for a set of 3 lamps on 1/26/24. As of today 2/16/24 I have not received them nor any email communication other than 2 received on the day of the order. I have made 2 calls to customer service 5 days apart. I was told on both calls that I would receive an email with the shipping info/tracking number in 3-5 days.
