I purchased this necklace because I was looking for something elegant and classy and this one was perfect. i received it in perfect condition however this morning it broke. This was an expensive necklace and now I want to know if this has any type of warranty???

chain received in a tangled mess, after sprinkling with baby powder (baby powder helps with tangled chains) it is so thin and delicate and the pendant does not lay flat. tips on its sides.

Dainty and so pretty!

Bought this necklace to wear with a black onyx ring that has small diamonds on the sides, also from Macy's. Both are so pretty and get plenty of compliments.

Terrible Chain!!!

I purchased this necklace to match the earrings I purchased for my wife at the same time. upon receiving the necklace it was in a tangled mess. My wife and I tried for over an hour to untangle it and ultimately it broke. The chain is way too thin and weak. We will now go to a jewelry store to buy a stronger chain to go with the onyx which is a beautiful stone.
