Pretty but Tiny

I love the cut, color, length...everything except it runs very small imo. I always wear Large in this brand and this fits more like a smaller end Medium. I have gotten tons of compliments and I just wear it higher than I'd like on my waist so it doesn't dig in as much but wish it were more TTS like all other items I've gotten in past from this brand. For specs; I'm 5'9", 29 in waist/40 in hips and bought a Large.
