Great casual dress to wear alone or slip over a tee and head out to a fun lunch with friends. Although the fabric is a soft knit, medium weight and it has a stretchy feel to it, I wore it with a light long cardigan (for a more blended look) as it was more form fitting than just a sheath - yes I have a tummy and a curvy backend. Good news is that doesn’t shrink when washed. Its length hits mid thigh and the bust area isn’t too tight. (I’m 5’8” and 38C and wearing a medium, large might have been better.) As it gets a little more chilly, I plan on wearing tights and boots. Love the windowpane pattern!

Perfect for fall
This dress is absolutely a staple, however I did not realize it was an XS so it fit me a bit tight. I am on the curvy side and 5’5. So it looks a little short. I will be pairing it with a pair of leggings and some black or brown boots. I do recommend to anyone looking to build a capsule wardrobe.

Boxy looks
This dress' material feels quite plush to the touch. However, the dress has a rather boxy shape. I weigh 102 lbs and am 4'11". Really, it didn't fit me well. It might appear better on taller individuals.

Wardrobe Staple
I’m loving this dress! It is very versatile because you can wear it sleeveless or as a jumper with a blouse or tshirt underneath. It’s a great length to wear on its own or with a pair of tights. Looks great with booties, flats, or even sandals. The ways (and places) to wear it are endless! Great for work or a holiday! The material is very soft and great quality. I really like the navy color and subtle white plaid. It’s a staple for your closet.

A little too "Classic" for me!
I received my Navy knit plaid dress from On 34th last week. Although the style is a little more "classic" than I typically wear I was eager to try it. The dress is a sleeveless, straight shift. I ordered it in a size L--and actually it was a good fit. Once I had it on, I felt like it was a little short for me (I'm 74) so I decided to try it on with a pair of capri length legging. I would wear it like that! In fact, the knit is quite heavy so I think I would be able to wear it this winter with a long sleeved white top and ankle length leggings and be quite comfortable. If you like more classic styling, this is an easy to wear dress.

Pleasantly surprised
This is a cute dress. Appears to be higher quality than I expected. The material is thick and has a lot of stretch. The neckline would be perfect if you wanted to wear a button down shirt under it. Not too high. The length is a little short for me to wear to work like I hoped. I am 5’4” and it hits about 5” above my knee but will be cute when it gets cooler with tall boots. I haven’t washed this yet so I can’t comment on durability. The windowpane pattern is matched up nicely at the seams with one exception.

Modern Silhouette with Stylish Details
This dress is softer than it appears; it's a mostly rayon blend with nylon and a bit of spandex thrown in for good measure, which feels incredibly soft against the skin and has just enough stretch to make it comfortable rather than tight or binding. I'd consider this dress a bit on the thicker side and therefore more appropriate for cool/cold weather rather than something I'd wear during the middle of summer (unless you plan on being in A/C). While this dress isn't lined, I don't think that's necessary since the fabric is substantial enough to avoid being sheer. The navy blue color is classic and I'd style this as a neutral. The subtle white plaid pattern gives it a nod to menswear pinstripes. I'm usually I size 12 and consider the Large a good fit; at 4'11" this dress hits me below the knees. The combination of fabric, pattern, color and silhouette make this an elegant option for sophisticated occassions when you want to look polished and sophisticated.
