Love the weight of this skirt

This skirt is a great weight and will keep you warm on those blustery days. It’s well made, the color is accurate and it goes with anything. I enjoyed the actual feel of it, not itchy or prickly in the least. I would love another one in black.

disappointed

I ordered this item along with others for same day pickup three days ago. To date, I am still waiting on the email saying that my items are ready. Customer service was also no help. My issue is, why offer same day pickup if you are not going to honor it? They were quick to take the money but not quick to fill my order. The skirt looks nice online, but I since I haven't received it, I am unable to vouch for its quality.
