The skirt is long (I'm 5'1") and not stitched at the waist. It looks very much like the picture. I returned the skirt and matching top because they were both a little big.

Beautiful lightweight skirt - perfect length

The skirt is lightweight & perfect for the upcoming warmer months. I'm not a fan of slits, but this skirt still covers modestly. I love the elastic waist. Its easy to pull on and off. I purchased the matching bubble hem top for the perfect warm weather outfit.

I love it!

I'm 5'3" and about 115 lbs, so I purchased the XXS. It touches just under my ankle bones but the waist is about an inch or so too big. But being that it's very flattering otherwise, I'll be keeping it. The fabric is lightweight and great for year round tropical weather in Hawaii!
