This is well made jacket and super cute. I purchased a medium and it is true to size, not oversized! It is lined and warm, very fashionable I can’t wait to wear it!

Loved it!!!!!! I must note it does run big...I am usually large size...in this the medium was perfect...I probably could even try the small...anyway the coat is beautiful and it makes a statement..its very " it girl"..

Super cute coat!

Super cute - it is bulky with the long fur but seriously a really on trend coat! Buy it for how cute it is not warmth.

Don't give up

When I first saw this item I was disappointed that you didn't have my size. But I kept checking back because I wanted it so much. Happy to say I now have one and I love it.

Wrong Product Received (again)

Macy’s did it again. I was sent the wrong product! This is very upsetting because of the inconvenience. I have to call a center in another country that doesn’t understand the English language proficiently. This happened to me twice! It was so difficult to take care of this transaction. I believe it was mostly lack of language skills. Finally after talking to four (4) people, they sent me a slip I had to down load because they couldn’t electronically send this to the store so I could return merchandise I didn’t order. At the end, they never sent me what I ordered. I experienced a lot of frustration and thought about eliminating Macy’s as my top store. I gave them a chance, but here we go again. I have a white vest that is not the coat I ordered and I have to go through this frustrating ordeal again!
