Cute and comfy summer dress

I am 5 foot 1 inch tall and the hem hits mid calf on me! I got size large as I am a size 12. The balloon hem has always looked couture and expensive to me and this one certainly delivers that look! I will wear it with a white short denim jacket and white sandals! I got the white dress with the black dots!
