Refused to return and very inconsiderate service

Portage Michigan refused to return Jeans purchased on line that did not fit. When having to pull up Information on phone the customer service rep told me that if I couldn’t retrieve the order i’d have to come back. I was in the store 20 minutes prior to closing. When the jeans were shipped they did not include a packing slip or invoice.
