Great for summer

I am very pleased with this skirt. It runs true to size, has elastic waist at the back. A nice and cool cotton lining is ideal for hot summer days, and ensures that you cannot see through it. You can dress it up or down. Both a jeans jacket, a plain t-shirt, or smart top all look great. Very versatile skirt.

Heavy fabric, not suitable for summer

I returned this item. Even thoughtful it is gauze, it is double thickness and has a separate lining. The fabric is so heavy, and not suitable for wearing in summer. It is bulky and too long.

Very heavy for summer

Nice, but very heavy. Fabric so thick, and lined with another light cotton layer. Fit was good, but the thickness made it look too full under the seam below the hip line. Plus, longer than midi. I am 5'4 and it was down to my ankle. I will have to return.
