Looks can be deceiving

Hate it! Fabric looks cheap but because it was a hot item it was a final sale. I personally think online purchases should never be final sale but it is what it is. It also doesn’t fit.

Unhappy

I order this raincoat and it is too big. I want to return it for a smaller size but apparently it is not allowed. Why would I not be allowed to return it. My rating: poor service

Bad customer service

Considering Macy's is $1 million company or more bad customer service of the final act is ridiculous. I can see if you wanted your money back but to get a different size you're ordering online and you're ordering in your size but you don't know that the item is running big. This is truly truly bad, bad customer service, and Macy's you should be ashamed of yourselves. i'm a Macy's advocate shopper, but as of now no way.

True blue

This blue trench is nice- ive been looking for one for the longest time and this one is nice no zipper no buttons to fuss with- and yes it only has a belt to tie around the waist but at least it adapts to your body. The sleeves are long and yes it does run big..im usually a large in coats but this i purchased in medium and still the arms are long. I dont mind the materials and it is long, below the knees but im short, so for me this trench coat is adaptable to your figure. And this blue cannot be confused with black. I finally found a long trench that actually fits my curvy body, i have a difficult time finding coats that fit. Biggest issues are the hips and long sleeves. So i usually will lean more towards coats that hit at the waist because of this problem. But this one i absolutely loved. For me it's a keeper!!!

Average Quality Trench coat by ON.34th

Average quality front tie Drapey Trench coat by ON.34th . Product arrived in a polybag pack. There is no ironing at all. This trench coat is full of wrinkles and looks very old fashioned. Color navy blue is not that attractive. Look and feel is just okay. light to medium weighted. Quality of the item is not impressive. Stitching quality is good. Fabric quality is average. This is made with 100% TENCEL as labeled. There is no button in the coat, just one belt to tie. My wife wears medium and small but size small runs very large. For my wife Size S fits on her like XXL. Both sleeves has a fixed belt.
