Order for On 34 Rachelle Ladies Boots

This order was placed on February 25. Tracking showed it in Knoxville, Tenn on February 28 and delivery on Monday, March 3. It still hasn't arrived. I did an online chat with a customer service rep on March 3 and again on March 4. Last night, said records showed it had been ordered February 28 and would be delivered today, March 5. I don't have any tracking records to support this.

No Boots

I would love to review these boots, but I still haven’t received them. They were the first piece of my order that was shipped and I’m also waiting on another piece of this order. I have checked the tracking information but it doesn’t show any information after 2/1/25. I received one package today from the order. I would appreciate any assistance on getting my packages delivered.
