I've been using it about a month, juicing vegetables and fruit. I'm impressed with how quiet it runs. I take my time and let the machine do the work, but it does not take long to make four 8 oz. juices. We drink two, and refrigerate two in canning jars. The pulp is very dry, and we compost that. I made sorbet twice and my wife was impressed. The clean-up is easy and fast. I am very happy with this juicer.

So Far, So Good!
Bought the 800 after researching for hours and eliminating one machine at a time. I’m very happy with this masticating juicer, preferring it more to my older regular juicer. I get noticeably more juice, thus use less produce for each glass. My regular grinds include celery, squash, carrots, kale, romaine, spinach, beets, apples, oranges. No issues with the machine after 2 months.... efficient, cleans easier than it looks at first glance.

Topnotch Customer Service
Rob was very helpful assisting me with a replacement auger and filter, I was very impressed with how he attended to my issue, Lisa then followed up with me after a few days regarding the said order then I told her that I wanted to order the blank cone this time but since I forgot it was part of their warranty, she told me she will ship the replacement blank cone right away. 5 stars for these awesome guys!

I am a seasoned daily juicer with both horizontal & vertical juicers depending on what I am juicing or making. Purchased a couple weeks ago. Easiest juicer to clean than any other. The pulp is not dry enough for me so I use a nut bag for maximum juice. I juice celery daily and own the VSJ843S plus 2 of another brand. Wish Omega would offer a celery attachment for this juicer as well as their newest horizontal one. I cut up celery in small pieces instead of inserting whole produce & find this works nicely as I can load the top with cut produce & walk away. It will juice by itself without the tamper. It saves lots of time even with cutting the produce & using a nut bag to get the most juice. It's EASY to use & to clean. I normally use a sieve to stain as I like a pulp-free juice. Another plus, its make in Korea! Where items are made is a consideration in my purchases. Love the warranty! Customer Service has always been as expected. This juicer is a tried & true item.

TOO MANY EXPECTATIONS. BAD PERFORMANCE.
I purchased this OMEGA NC800HDS following the recommendation of my nutritionist. The product by itself looks very sleek and modern. However, the performance didn't meet my expectations. I juice mostly celery and it was a complete disaster. I am convinced there is poor design in terms of the screen which is a very limited area where the juice can go. On May 5, 2020, I requested a Return Authorization Number and I am still waiting for instructions. If you are looking for a good celery juicer, do not buy this particular model.

Received a used item
After spending high amount on juicer it arrived in terrible condition and it had been used already scary since ther is a pandemic. Very disappointed not to mention it smelled a bit burned

Daily use, sometimes two or three times a day
have morning juice with everything, from unseeded peppers and grapes to making marinades and salsas for three years. I have yet to find anything this machine can't handle. Don't try and force too much and one time, and cut pieces small enough to fit half the width between auger ridges and it will eat it up like butter. Keep it clean and understand parts are plastic, if you treat it with care it will just keep on keeping on.

Great motor...junk plastic parts
parts are cheap and flimsy. They have an excellent warranty but you pay for shipping. For the price, it's reasonable. If you juice daily, there are much better options like the Greenstar 502 or the Angel juicer. I would not recommend this juicer if you plan on using it daily.
