Wanted to love it

We bought this couch on Black Friday and got a middle seat and a console additionally that we ended up returning before they were delivered but we’ve had the two seats for a little over four months now and I wish we had been able to return them. Within the first week of use we noticed quite a bit of pilling and even using a pill shaver regularly it’s just gotten worse. What frustrated me the most is that a seam on the bottom side of the chair (where it bends) has come unraveled creating a rather large hole. We really wanted to love this couch and even tested it out in store and find it very comfy and love the charging ports and stuff but the quality has been disappointing and the 3 day return policy was not very helpful. We missed the window to buy the warranty but if you’re gonna get this couch I would definitely suggest you get it. As much as we like some of the furniture from macys we will probably be opting to buy furniture from places with longer return policies from now on.
