Lost item

After one month an item I ordered is MIA. The AI generated response was to tell me to use the nonexistent tracking info. I can't review the item because I don't have it. If you need something in a timely manner Macys is not your best choice sadly. In the past Macy's was reliable.

Ordered this for my hubby birthday, it looks so sexy on him haha. He’s 6’2, 260lbs it fits perfect!!!!! Jacket is just as pictured, coat isn’t yellow it’s actually a wheat color. But I saw this coat in Macys so I knew the color it was before ordering online due to his size wasn’t avail in store. Honestly the wheat color looks better, you can wear it with some Tims. It’s true to size but packaging could’ve been better.

Lead warning

This is a beautiful purse with rich color and a perfect size for me. Unfortunately, it comes with a warning label that it contains lead and cancer causing agents which should be in the product description before we purchase it. I finished chemo in 2020 and don't want to take that chance, so I'm returning it.
