I went through a brief period where I had a little dandruff as well, so I decided to try this product. I have very long and thick hair. Pros: Massaging it into the scalp feels good. It's invigorating and refreshing. It does seem to improve dandruff at least temporarily. Cons: As another reviewer mentioned, it does seem a bit costly for the amount that you receive. Taking advantage of the three-bottle option along with a subscription, seems to make the price more tolerable. Rinsing it out can be a challenge if you have long and thick hair. Having a handheld shower head with strong water pressure is helpful. Suggestions: I mixed essential oils of rosemary and peppermint with a little olive oil, and massaged it onto my scalp after applying the scrub. It added to the refreshing aspect and added some more "slip" which made massaging and rinsing it out easier. I also tried massaging it onto a dry scalp then adding some water to my hands and massaging it some more before hopping into the shower and rinsing it out. For an extra kick, try adding a mixture of Apple cider vinegar and reverse osmosis or distilled water into a spray bottle. After rinsing the scrub out, squeeze out or towel dry your hair, spritz some of the mixture onto your scalp, being careful to keep it away from your eyes, and massage it in for a few minutes, then shampoo and condition as usual.

Flakes Be Gone!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter uses this because sometimes her scalp gets flaky and dry. This eliminates all the flakes from her hair and she absolutely loves it. It's easy to apply and use and she only needs to do it once a week.
