Tete de Moine Cheese Cutter

This cheese cutter is made specifically for a Swiss Cheese called Tete de Moine. It shaves it into a thin strip that coiled up looks like a carnation. It is pretty amazing to see how much more delicate it tasted when shaved thinly than by eating it from a wedge. The second photo show the Tete de Moine cheese which means Head of the Monk.
