I have always loved NYX eyeliners for their dark pigments and I buy them repeatedly in bulk. These pencils have gone down in consistently in quality over the years. But this year they are the absolute worst. They do NOT sharpen with ANY sharpener regardless if it's a NYX sharpener or an off brand. Instead of offering solutions or changing their product to be better, I see NYX responding to negative reviews insinuating that it is the customer's fault it is not sharpening. "Turn it gently" Shameful. Absolutely shameful. Time to switch companies.

Not good quality
Previously was purchasing Prestige E14 Charcoal pencil and no long able to find product. 2nd purchase and quality does not match Prestige. 1st purchase of Charcoal was sparkled. 2nd purchase pencil too soft and not good quality. Miss Prestige.

100% recommend for an affordable lip liner
Very pigmented lip liners and my favorite. Haven’t gone back to any other brand after trying these. Glide on very smooth and remind me of the Fenty ones. Packing is also pretty easy to sharpen.

NYX lip pencil/liners are beautiful. So creamy and do just glide on. Long lasting colour, I love the nude shades which I find go with many lip shades. So many shades to choose from. I find NYX such good value for money and easy to find in stores and online. These are my absolute go to for my lip shades or even worn alone they are just fab ❤️

Smooth and long lasting
Super smooth lip pencils. I use one of the medium brown shades as the perfect shade for my skin tone. Doesn’t fade or transfer quickly which is super nice

Packaging ruins the product.
The color payoff and longevity was amazing genuinely, but the actual pencil is so annoying. I own the sharpener NYX specifically sells too, and every time I sharpen these, the pencil just falls off. Sucks, they’d be a great product if NYX just fixed the packaging.

For best results, turn the pencil gently 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. We hope this helps! xoxo
Bronze Shimmer 932 eyeliner
Have worn the bronze shimmer 932 for years and love it. It glides on easily and wears long lasting. I do agree with other reviews that it could sharpen better even with a new sharpener.
