Lovely Top But Unusual Fit for NY Collection Tops

Half my closet is filled with NY Collection tops, the other half with JM Collection Cambridge pants in Small and Small tops. I am short waisted so I order NY Collection tops in Petite Small and on occasion, Petite Medium, depending on the cut. I love this top, it is similar to many NY Petite 3/4 sleeve tops in my closet, but this particular top is not cut for my body. I ordered the PS & PM. The PSM is too tight in my shoulders, and has a rippled fabric near the hemline in the back. The Pet Med fits in the shoulders, but there is so much fabric in the back that it just hangs like a fabric on the hanger, away from my body, making me look 10 pounds heavier. I have ordered both colors more than once in each size. Each time I get a different issue in the fit. Am I getting seconds? It is a cute top for summer. I wish NY Collection could look into this for correction, if required, and add more colors.

Sizing issues

In many brands I'm a small. In others I'm a medium. At Macy's I am apparently a large. This was too snug across the bust (I'm a 34B in a bra). Otherwise is very cute, neutral color that would have gone with a lot of things and would have traveled well. This is the second top I'm returning because of size. Shopping on line for petite sizes is really the best option for selection purposes, but I have to return too much.

Unusual fabric...

I wear PS and ordered PS. 5'2", 115 pounds. It fits but is a bit tight through the shoulders. This top is an awkward fit, the back does not drape properly. The fabric holds in the heat. It is a pretty turquoise color but the fit and the unusual fabric texture will cause me to return the item.

Pretty Spring Top

The material is soft, the colors are vibrant. I purchased this in the aqua & pink. Very comfortable & flattering in a P/M (it's true to size.) Great top for spring!
