Just what I was looking for

I purchased this to be able to make quick blends at the office. I am never at home. And this is just what I was looking for. I love the fact that it has a 20+oz base and that you can use the bottle as your thermos/cup by either removing the blade attachment completely or leaving it on. I use it every day.

A royal pain to keep dry while cleaning

This is a pain to clean. You’re not supposed to get the base or charging port wet, but that’s where the blades and straw holes are. There are too many crannies that get gunked up? and running a cycle with soapy water doesn’t get them clean as claimed. Poor design.

Great mixer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great mixer. Only reason why i gave it 4 stars, is if you are mixing anything with seeds, (i used chia seeds) they tend to clump by drinking spout and blades.

Struggling with this product

Struggling with this! I bought the Ninja portable blender at the same time and my partner uses that with no problems. This one errors a lot, yellow flashing light, and just isn’t consistent. Blends well when it’s working though and a good solid feel to it. I really want to love it but at the moment the Ninja’s winning!
