HELP! 3 Weeks Later, and Still Not Received Item!

I ordered this item on February 19, 2024. An email advised me of a delivery date of February 21, 2024. Today is March 11, and I still have not received it. I called Macys on 3/1 and spoke to a rep, who sent a message to refund me. Two days later on 3/2, Nuovoluce emailed me and advised it finally shipped, and I would be receiving it soon. I never received it. And the shipping/tracking info on my Macys account still says “February 21, 2024… shipping info received Fountain Inn SC”. If someone at Macys can help me with this, I’d appreciate it. Other than the lovely woman from Macys ai spoke to on 3/1, I feel like I’ve been getting the run-around.
