Entire process went well from locating, ordering and receiving. Shoe purchases can be tricky but knowing there was a store nearby was helpful. Quality as expected from a well know brand name. Fit was accurate.

Disappointed my Macy's on this one.

Horrible. 1.They sent me wrong size, Im size 12 they sent size 10 2. Not in the original box, there were wrapped in plastic 3. there looked worn not new, you could see the wrinkles
