The worse!!!

Honestly I was excited to get the cup for my little big lady, but I can’t get the straw out so I can clean and sterilize it really good. Ie tried taking the top apart, and I can’t get it a part. The straw doesn’t slide out. At this point I feel like I need to dispose of this cup, and who wants to waste money!! I am a very upset customer!!!!

I wanted to love this cup but

As much as I have loved Nuk products for the past 28 years I am very disappointed in this cup. I bought several for my grand daughter and loved the Wonder woman design but it has many flaws. First, the cup definitely leaks very easily so i’m not sure how it is leak free. Secondly, you have to suck extremely hard to get the liquid out and it will make a loud squeak that sometimes startles my grand daughter. Lastly the straw in the cup doesn’t come out for easy cleaning and even though I only use water for these cups I have found what looks like mold where the straw goes into the lid. I’ve sterilized it but that’s the only way to remove it and I don’t really want something that takes so much time to clean. I ended up throwing away a couple of them because the mold would not go away. That’s just too much money to spend on a cup that has that many issues and ends up getting thrown away anyway. I would love for Nuk to fix the issues because it is a cute cup.

Difficult to clean

I purchased 2 of these, one for each child and we have had them about a year now! I have been leary about letting them use these as often aa some of the other cups they have because they are extremely difficult to clean. I just realized last week that the top can be taken apart with some tools! One top came apart the other did not and that was after ruining the top! For the most part a good cup for travel purposes, but I feel like when this much money is invested on a purchase for a toddler, easy cleaning, as well as easy take apart, and assembly should be a no brainer! Please revamp the construction of the top for easier dis-assembly/assembly!

2 piece straw?

The description says 2 piece straw which would be indicative that it fully comes apart. Only the straw comes out and the "2nd piece" is not removable from the top of the cup. Mold forms in the base of the straw where it connects to the cup (on the inside) that you can't get out and that's a health concern.

Hard to suck

Somehow have to suck very hard and yet just a bit of water comes up. Am I missing something? Pls help, thanks

My husband bought this cup the other day for my daughter. After I washed it I tested it to see if it leaked. Thankfully I tested it over the sink. It says 100% leak-proof, spill-proof, break-proof GUARANTEED. I bought a dollar cup today and it’s leak-proof.
