Perfectly dresses up a summer outfit!

Perfect to go to a summer concert. This cute lightweight and hit right about an inch below the waist of my mid-rise jeans and dressed up my look just enough. I usually wear M but tried the L - near perfect fit. For reference my bra size is 34DD. Tank is fitted across chest. Love it!
