Good summer skirt

I needed a navy skirt to go with my summer tops. Most skirts I looked at were matronly or looked like a school uniform. This skirt is delightfully different. The sheer outer layer is feminine, but not too cutesy. The skirt also has a soft movement and isn’t stiff. I’m glad I got it
