Calla Lily is a Creamy White

Very pretty and soft with a little bit of stretch. I couldn't tell for sure if this would be a pure white or more cream colored based on the name - turns out to be a pretty creamy/vanilla white.

This is a nice comfortable Cardigan. I wear it with dresses, shorts or jeans. Very versatile and an easy style. I purchased both colors.

Never received it and terrible customer service

This review isn't about the sweater because I never even received it. First time I ordered it they sent me the wrong sweater. Same brand but an entirely different sweater. Then I reordered it and and after after waiting 11 days, tracking had it within 10 miles of my house and then said due to a "service disruption" they were going to send it back to the sender. Macy's refuses to give me my money back until they receive the one that's getting returned to them and there's no way I can cancel it now even though I will never receive it. They also refuse to send me a new one unless I pay for it even though I've paid for the one I didn't get and will not be refunded until or if ever they receive the one that shipping will send back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
