comfy pants

Very nice comfy pants you can dress up or down fabric holds it’s shape I’m 5’4 so a little long but a shoe with a little hill works I would have ordered more but it’s not available

DON'T BUY

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. I did not receive what I ordered; instead, I was sent regular black pants. When I chatted with what seemed to be a Macy's bot, I was simply asked if I wanted a refund. I made it clear that I wanted what I ordered, but the bot kept repeating, "Do you want a refund, yes or no?" This interaction felt very rude and unprofessional. Macy's, you really need to do better. If you check my account, you'll see that I am a very loyal customer. Is this how you treat your loyal customers?
