I also ignored the reviews due to previous experience with Macys. Ordered a large and received a small, just as the prior reviews shared. Unacceptable trend.

WRONG SIZE

I generally like this brand which is why I ordered this without reading the reviews. I should have. Now I have to deal with doing a return or just lose the money

Do not order!

I ignored the reviews and gave the pants a try. I ordered a size L and received an old, worn sweater. Fix this Macys!

I also received the wrong size

Ordered a Large......received a Small! How can this mistake happen on this one item so many times to so many differant people?!?!? What's even more disappointing is there is no customer service on the Macy's site ( even on the Macy's app)

Sent Wrong Size

Just as the other buyers. I ordered an XL and received a medium. What's up with that. The Macy's customer service rep tried to make me se like I place the wrong order. I will be taking them back ASAP.
