Works great

I have owned a few of these for over three years and have a lot of success with them. I feel safer using this method rather than on the stove. I have rental homes and added these and they are regularly used I also have one at my home and it is used daily. I use three family sized bags in the reservoir. In the pitcher, I add ice, sugar and lemon juice. before starting the machine.

Machine leaks

Got it as a gift a couple years ago and the tea Reservoir leaks. I get tea all over my counter because it comes through the seams on the machine.
