I love the look of this tree topper, so when the lights stopped working less than a week after purchase in December 2021, I was disappointed. Hoping my experience was outside the norm, I purchased this topper again for Christmas 2023. This time the lights stopped working less than a day I put it on my tree. No replacement bulbs are included in the box. Macy's refunded both purchases, so for that I am thankful.

it is such a disappointment. The star is much smaller than description and it looks very cheap. Not worth money. I will return.
Bright and festive
The topper is pretty and looks bright and colorful when plugged in. However, it's difficult to attach. The plastic "cone" you attach to the topper doesn't work-- the topper is too heavy to use that to attach it to the tree. I attached a metal ring to the topper and put that around the top branch tree to hold it in place. The cord is short so it has to be plugged into a string of lights.
