Arrived damaged

Item was beautiful but was not packed well enough. Arrived from shipping with 4 of 11 pieces broken. It arrived in one large box and not well enough protected with styrofoam for the weight. I didn’t even try to reorder because the manufacturer shipped it direct and I was afraid the same thing would happen. So not Macy’s error but they did process the damage return.
