Can't give a good review with no product

Since I have yet to receive this item I'm giving it 1 star. I'd give it 0 stars but that's not possible. I've emailed customer service numerous times with no response. Get me my item and I'll change my rating!

This moon beams memories…

I lost my son in 2020. He called often to visit and he an always closed our talks with “I love you to the moon and back.” This charming ornament will always make me think of him. I love it.
