5 inches smaller than description

This item is suppose to measure 20"....it is NO more than 15" and that's stretching it. It's going back !

The quality is good and they are just the right size for my front doors which are protected by a porch area, so they should be ok for outdoor use. I like the two-tone effect which is why I selected them.
