Large twinkling snowflake

Beautiful snowflake. Love the twinkling effect. The plastic "snaps" didn't quite lock the pieces together, so we used white zip ties. Looks beautiful on the front of the house.

How to Mount

We purchased a half sheet of plywood and painted it to match our siding. Mounted the snowflake on the plywood using cable ties and then attached the assembly to our garage. Will be easy to store the entire assembly off-season, and no worries about wind damage here in Boulder, where 60 gusts are fairly common.

Stunning Snowflake

Beautiful LED snowflake! Beautiful lights. Twinkling effect. So lovely!

This is the best looking 48" snowflake decoration I could find. It shows up beautifully day and night. The only drawback is that it is quite heavy and it is very flimsy when unfolded to full size. It comes folded up in a small package and can be folded again to put into storage. This is the second one I have purchased. The first one blew off of my house due to heavy wind, and it shattered into many pieces. This was my fault for not securing it properly. I liked it so much, I bought another one to replace the damaged one. Be advised to make sure it is mounted properly to hold up in strong wind.

Looks great when lit up and positioned with our hanging icicles. However, when we put the pieces together the connections clips would not stay in the snapped close position and had to be taped. This made it difficult to pick up and hang without the whole thing coming apart.
