Did not receive correct item.

I ordered a tree with a burlap wrapped bottom with a red ribbon. This did not come with that at all. Instead, I got a tree sitting in a piece of plastic. Nothing like the advertised photo.

garbage and false description

I did not want to believe it when I read reviews for similar trees by the company but there is zero burlap bag and ribbon around the base. It is an ugly stump of brown plastic and it makes the tree look ridiculous. Also, when they say the tree is 24 inches that is just counting the very tip top of the tree which is a branch that is about 5 inches. So the tree looks beyond small and silly returning immediately
