Beautiful set!

I just received my Nativity Set. I was worried, because the box is a little torn and the styrofoam is flimsy and broken, but I checked each piece and they are all fine. I can’t wait to set them up next Christmas 2025.

Pitiful packaging, Joseph arrived decapitated.

The figures came in like a styrofoam mold in a carton which offered only minimal protection. At least one figure was chipped. Poor Joseph’s head was completely separated from the rest of the figure. And a donkey was only partially painted on its back left leg. The set is heavy and fragile and they just can’t skimp like that on packaging. And returning it, while free, requires a sturdy box (theirs was damaged), miles of bubble wrap and packing tape, and a boatload of patience. Eleven figures, eleven items to keep safe in their journey back to Macy’s.
